Keeping Carers Well

Caring can sometimes feel relentless, like there’s no time to stop and take care of yourself. The Carers’ Centre provides free wellbeing activities to give carers the space to breathe, recharge and stay well. From two’s company day trips, to relaxing massage and informational workshops, our activities have a lasting impact on carer wellbeing.

“Every time I go to the Centre It’s an opportunity to be with other people who get it. You don’t have to talk about your caring because it’s what we all have in common. It means to a certain extent you can lift above it for a while and just be you.
